High on historic Ka`uiki Hill, Luana Spa Retreat affords a panoramic view of Hana Bay. Hale Ka`uiki, our charming and unusual vacation rental unit, is a 16 foot diameter yurt which provides simple yet cozy and comfortable accommodation. It is our only yurt for overnight stays, while the other yurt is utilized for spa treatments.

Facilities include a comfortable full size bed, armoire, table and chairs, outdoor lounge chairs, and propane barbecue. A small kitchen area is equipped with filtered water, refrigerator, electric cooktop, toaster, blender, microwave oven, dishes and cookware, and complimentary coffee and tea service. A radio/CD player is provided, as well as Hawaiian music CDs for your listening enjoyment.

There is a telephone but no television, as we wish to promote a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere away from the stress of daily life. There is wireless internet access, however, if you must
stay connected. Other amenities include a
library of books and magazines, cards and board games, towels, guest robes and shower slippers, and complimentary toiletry items for your use in the adjoining bath house.

A traditional Hawaiian hale (thatched house) is situated near the yurt. Beautifully constructed by hand in traditional style, it is a lovely site for weddings, private dinners, and massage treatments. It is also available for our guests to enjoy as a shady place to sit, relax and contemplate the magnificent view of Hana Bay.

Effective April 2008, rates are $140 for one night only, or $130 per night
for 2 or more nights, plus state taxes of approximately 11.25%.
Reservations may be secured by credit card,
with a 50% deposit at booking, and 50% payable at check in.
We require 30 days notice for cancellation, or full amount will be charged,
